We are so excited to announce a magazine editorial spread in the October 2015 Fort Lauderdale Magazine featuring Newman Construction as the Miami General Contractors on the project. We are so honored to not only receive a 4-page spread of the residential home renovation project but also the cover photo! Fort Lauderdale design is on the rise and Newman Construction is proud to call themselves a strong player on the scene.

This warm and cozy Fort Lauderdale home renovation project was led by the Interiors by Steven G team. The three story apartment is housed in Broward county’s largest building, the Las Olas River House and starts on the 32nd floor. As the Miami General Contractors on this spectacular project, we had a great experience installing and renovating this home, from the spiral staircase and elegant crystal chandelier that both expand the complete three levels. The home is completed with a guest suite, family room, formal living room, home office, private bathrooms, jacuzzi and third floor open entertainment room with a private kitchen for midnight snacking. Draped in elegance, the fixtures, materials and finishes designed throughout the home personify this warm and grandeur Fort Lauderdale home. As the Miami General Contractors who worked hard to bring the vision of this spectacular home to life, the Newman Construction team is proud to call this project another breathtaking home renovation endeavor.
