Newman Construction teams up with furniture brand, Wasser’s Furniture for their exclusive Miami showroom Redesign

 

It’s time for another before and after project reveal – we love writing these blog posts! Josh Wasser of Wasser’s Furniture, a full service interior design showroom located in Hallendale, Florida came to us recently with the request to help transform and update their showroom into a modern and refreshed space. As a vendor for exclusive interiors and quality craftsmanship, it is very important that the the interior design of the showroom reflect the same style and visual appeal as the homes of their clients. In no time, my General Contractor team was able to help the Wasser empire to make a beautiful transformation!

 

Wasser’s Furniture specializes in Custom Woodworking, Custom-made Upholstery and Re-upholstery, Refinishing, Exotic Flooring, Window Treatments & Antique Restoration. Their showroom houses an extensive collection of museum quality, hand-carved and hand-painted furniture in addition to custom closets, bedding, lighting, TV’s, window treatments and even marble flooring.

 

The General Contractor’s scope of work: Complete Redesign. The job included installing over 6,000 sqft. of new wood-like porcelain flooring, baseboards, leveling out and softening the walls, new flush doors, removing the old lighting system and installing new overhead track lights in addition to a new paint application and dropping the ceiling at the entrance to create a design feature which houses a color changing LED system. As you can see form the photo tour below, Wasser’s Furniture received a major modern update to their interior and all within a few weeks.
